Mr. Huguet has over 40 years in natural resource development, including North, Central and South America and South East Asia. Many joint ventures and unique financing structures highlighted his career with the Atkinson Companies. He started his career in 1963 with Atkinson and left Atkinson in April 1997 where he had served 8 years as President and 4 years as Managing Director of Atkinson Holdings and Commonwealth Construction. During its 33 years, this Company constructed and placed into operation 86 major mining projects. Mr. Huguet joined Andean American as Chairman in April 1997 and took operational control in September 1998.

Andrew Gourlay, P. Geol.
President
Mr. Gourlay is a mineral exploration geologist who has worked as a Professional Geologist, Qualified Person and author of numerous NI 43-101 reports for nearly three decades. A graduate of the University of British Columbia in 1977, Mr. Gourlay has extensive exploration and management experience throughout Asia, North America and South America. Mr. Gourlay has successfully advanced projects from the grassroots to definition drilling and the resource calculation stage. These include the Bonaparte Gold Property in British Columbia and managing Kennecott Canada’s first two years of successful diamond exploration in the Lac de Gras area. Mr. Gourlay has also been the Exploration Manager for Chase Resource Corp. in the Philippines, Essex Resource Corp. in Bolivia and for Asia Gold Corp., a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., in Mongolia. Mr. Gourlay is a Professional Geologist registered with The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada

Bryan Morris, F.CIMA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Morris brings many years of valuable experience to Andean American. Until his retirement in August 2003, Mr. Morris worked for Teck Cominco Limited as Vice President, Business Development and was responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating acquisitions, primarily in the zinc business. Prior to that appointment he had been Vice President, Finance and Director of Cominco Resources International Ltd., the listed international exploration arm of Cominco Ltd., and had held senior positions in Cominco's finance organization. During his career with Teck Cominco he also served as a director of several subsidiary and associated companies. Between 1965 and 1974 Mr. Morris worked in Peru for Cerro de Pasco Corporation and Centromin. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and is also a director of several junior mining companies.

John Bortnak
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development to management list
Mr. Bortnak is a Business Development professional with 36 years of experience in all facets of the natural resource sector in Canada, USA, and internationally. His experience includes numerous major mining projects in North and South America. He was with Commonwealth Construction for 24 years in various management roles including operations, and later as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Bortnak then served as Vice President of Business Development with Commonwealths parent company, VECO Engineering, until the end of 2007. His breadth of experience in project development also includes market strategy, proposal management, contract negotiations, client relationships, and project management.

Sheera Waisman, MBA
Manager of Corporate Communications
Ms. Sheera Waisman is a well prepared and experienced professional with over 15 years as a Media Producer and Director including 10 years as a Manager at Rogers Cablesystems. Since receiving her MBA from Simon Fraser University, Ms. Waisman has worked with companies such as Datawest Solutions, Tera Capital and Navigator Fund Company. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. Ms.Waisman is also a former president and board member of the Greater Vancouver Media Association.

Rocio Echegaray
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Echegaray holds a law degree from the University Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru. Ms. Echegaray has been working in the mining industry in corporate affairs and land acquisitions since 1998. Her knowledge of Peru's mining laws and her experience in relevant mining matters is seen as a major benefit to the company.

Luis Vela
Executive Vice President
Mr. Vela has over 16 years of exploration and mining experience in Chile, Mexico, Bolivia and Peru that includes polymetallic, copper and gold properties. In 1996, Mr. Vela obtained a Masters in Economic Geology at the University of Chile. He was formerly the Principal Geologist in the Department of Investment and Projects of the Trafigura Mining Group worldwide offices.

Raul Solis,
General Manager,
Mr. Solis has over 25 years of legal experience in mining law, particularly in the areas of executing joint ventures, options, partnerships, transfer agreements, as well as any other type of mining contract including due diligence and review of mining files.

Willy Caceres
Chief Geologist,
Mr. Caceres graduated as a Geologist in 1989 from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustin in Arequipa, Peru. Since graduation Mr. Caceres has worked with increasing responsibilities for Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co., Minera Corriente Resources, Minera WMC and Minera ABX Exploraciones S.S. Barrick, amongst others. He is experienced in exploration, resource development and GIS software.

Lisbeth Estenós
Administrative Manager & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Estenos is an Administrative Professional specializing in Logistics and has worked in customer service, warehouse control, inventory management, transport, purchases and importation. Ms. Solis has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences at Ricardo Palma University.
